Refund & Guarantee Policy

We stand behind our system. If you put in a good-faith effort for 30 days and don’t feel a meaningful improvement in clarity, structure, and momentum, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. This page explains eligibility, what “good-faith effort” means, how to request a refund, and timelines.

1) Refund Window & Coverage

You have 30 days from the purchase date to request a refund. The policy applies to the following offerings purchased directly from Your Company LLC:

  • Planner-only (digital or printed, see exclusions for physical returns)
  • Book + Planner
  • Coaching Package (includes book and planner)

If you bought through a third party (e.g., a marketplace), their refund rules may apply.

2) Effort-Based Eligibility

To qualify, complete the relevant effort criteria during the same 30-day window:

  • Planner-only: Complete the core planner daily for 30 consecutive days.
  • Book + Planner: Read the book in full and complete the core planner daily for 30 consecutive days.
  • Coaching Package: Read the book in full, complete the core planner daily for 30 consecutive days, and attend/participate in all three coaching sessions within the 30-day window.

We designed these criteria to ensure you get a fair, realistic opportunity to see results.

3) Reasonable Proof of Completion

We may request reasonable proof to confirm eligibility. Examples include:

  • Photos or PDFs of dated planner pages (digital export or snapshots of physical pages)
  • Reading log or notes indicating book completion
  • Coaching session confirmations (calendar invites, attendance emails)

We never require sensitive personal details—only enough to verify completion.

4) How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@yourdomain.com with the subject line: Refund Request.
  2. Include your order email, purchase date, the product(s), and brief confirmation you completed the effort criteria (attach proof if available).
  3. We’ll review and respond with next steps. If approved, we’ll initiate the refund to your original payment method.

For physical items (if applicable), we may provide return instructions before processing.

5) Processing Timelines

Approved refunds are typically initiated within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.

6) Exclusions & Abuse Prevention

  • Chargebacks: If a chargeback is filed before contacting us, we may be unable to process a direct refund.
  • Material Misuse: Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith behavior may disqualify eligibility.
  • Physical Items: If a physical product must be returned, it should be in good condition; shipping/handling may be non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Third-Party Purchases: Refunds must follow the third party’s policy.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.

7) Subscriptions & Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future billing. Unless stated otherwise, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable after the 30-day guarantee window. If a refund is granted under this policy, the subscription will be canceled upon approval.

No lengthy explanation required—just confirm you completed the effort criteria. Optional feedback is welcome to help us improve.

What if I miss a day in the 30-day planner?

The guarantee is designed around consistent daily use. If life happens, start a new 30-day streak inside the guarantee window and track completion.

Can I get a partial refund?

Our guarantee is full-refund within 30 days when effort criteria are met. After 30 days, refunds are not typically provided unless required by law.
